My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were kind of hidden behind the lobby desk and adjacent to the courtyard, offering a lovely balcony view of Royal Street. The service was super friendly and very helpful. The location was fantastic, close to all the exciting spots in the French Quarter. The dining experience was a perfect start to my day in NOLA. Facilities were top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and pleasant, located right out the lobby door in the pretty courtyard. The service, including the desk personnel, people who delivered our food, and cleaning staff, was not very helpful and seemed overly focused on getting the breakfast tray back. However, the location was delightfully comfortable, making me feel like I went back to a good time. Overall, the experience was a mix of positives and negatives, but it was a memorable stay.
